For tracking your parcel, a tracking number will be communicated to you as soon as your order has been posted, complemented by a link to the applicable tracking page. If you are a consumer with an already registered account, then you can easily have accessed your tracking number from the Order History section of your account.
Yes, with Golden Clothing, you can place orders from our listed countries there we can deliver your products easily. If you want to have your order dispatched to another country, you can select the country from the destination menu of your account.
No, currently due to pandemics we are not opening physically and impotent to assist you in-store collections for orders placed online.
If your order gets damaged or lost in the shipment, we will provide you with a suitable replacement or a full refund. You have to contact us with your order details and an associated photo of the smashed product.
We intend to offer complete refunds for your entire purchased products within 30 days of buy, in their genuine and good condition.
For canceling your order, you have to contact us for canceling or amending your purchased order. Even though we cannot promise this, we will, fortunately, do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.
